Kevin “Coach” Winkelman is a REALTOR®, productivity coach, onboarding specialist, and business advisor committed to helping real estate professionals build stronger systems, better habits, and more successful careers.

Kevin brings more than 22 years of leadership experience from his career with Fred Meyer, where he started as a parcel clerk and worked his way up through grocery leadership before becoming a Store Director. That journey shaped his leadership style: practical, accountable, people-first, and grounded in doing the right thing.

After leaving corporate leadership, Kevin became a business owner by purchasing Best Built Sheds, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, operations, sales, customer service, and small business management. Today, he brings that owner’s mindset into real estate, coaching, onboarding, and agent development.

As a fully active REALTOR®, Kevin understands the importance of professionalism, preparation, communication, and trust in every client and agent relationship. Through Winkelman Advisory, he helps real estate agents create clear systems, navigate onboarding, strengthen their follow-up habits, and build confidence in their daily business.

Kevin is also involved with MacLoughlin Group and eXp Realty, where he supports agents with onboarding, CRM setup, lead follow-up discipline, transaction coordination support, and business-building systems. His work is focused on helping agents move from confusion to clarity, from scattered effort to consistent execution.

Known by many as “Coach,” Kevin is recognized for his integrity, steady leadership, direct communication, and genuine commitment to helping people grow. His approach is structured but personal, practical but encouraging, and always centered on service, trust, and long-term success.
